Shipping policy
Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 tracked service.
The date of dispatch of the order is approximately 2-3 working days from the date of placing the order.
Large letters are shipped via standard delivery Royal Mail.
Some very large parcels are shipped via Evri.
When you receive your order, please open it and make sure you have received everything you ordered. We try to fulfil orders reliably and comprehensively. If you find a problem, whether it's missing items, damage or incorrect items, please contact us and we'll be sure to resolve your concerns. Please note that we are note responsible for problems if contacted 14 days after the delivery date.
